This year, Premagic was the official Event Engagement Partner at Middle East Event Show 2025—bringing our personalized photo experience to the show floor and powering attendee memories like never before.

Premagic’s time at the Middle East Event Show (MEES) 2025 was nothing short of transformative.

Held on June 17–18, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Center, the event brought together thousands of MICE professionals, exhibitors, and technology innovators, solidifying MEES’s reputation as the region’s most influential event industry gathering.

The prestigious MEES Awards took place on June 19th, 2025 at Al Madinat Jumeirah, celebrating the best in venues, agencies, and innovations across the industry.

A Banner Booth & Branded Partnerships

We showcased our AI-driven photo experiences, Avatar Studio, and our upgraded Sponsor Module—featuring dynamic branding elements like interstitial sponsor videos, personalized poster tracking, and event gallery branding. The energy at Stall D1 was nonstop. Our live demos of real-time UGC delivery and smart sponsor ROI reporting kept the crowd buzzing.

We also launched our latest AGC (Attendee-Generated Content) Report, which drew a lot of attention from marketers, organizers, and brand leads. Visitors could pick up printed avatars in custom Premagic frames, grab exclusive merch (stickers and a venue map), and explore how Premagic helps turn attendees into content creators. MEES brought over 5,000+ industry leaders under one roof—from CXOs and tech founders to event marketers and agency heads, all shaping the future of events across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East.

There were 60+ free sessions by 70+ global speakers tackling the most pressing trends in AI, VR, sustainability, audience engagement, and more. Meanwhile, 100+ innovative exhibitors showcased technologies transforming event planning and execution.

It was also a chance to tap into the Middle East’s booming $50B+ events market, explore game-changing strategies, and meet the partners behind some of the world’s most memorable experiences.
