Premagic Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Who can refer

You must be a current Premagic customer with an active, paid subscription or event contract at the time of the referral and at the time of payout. Premagic employees, resellers, and agency partners with a separate commercial arrangement are not eligible under this program.

2. What counts as a qualified referral

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

1. You introduce the referred company to Premagic before they sign up with the company name and contact details.
2. The referred company is a new lead. They must not be an existing Premagic customer, a past customer, or an active prospect already in conversation with our sales team within the 90 days before your referral.
3. The referred company signs a paid contract with Premagic with a first contract value of at least USD 1,000 and completes their first payment.
4. The referred company remains a customer in good standing for 60 days after their first payment, with no refund or cancellation.

3. Reward amount

The reward is 10% of the referred customer's first contract value, up to a maximum of USD 500. Referrals qualify only when the first contract value is USD 1,000 or more, so the minimum reward is USD 100.

Examples:

First contract value means the amount actually paid by the referred customer for their initial contract or first 12 months of subscription, whichever is lower, excluding taxes.

4. Payout

Rewards are paid within 30 days after the 60-day qualification period ends. You can choose to receive your reward as:

• a credit against your next Premagic invoice, or
• an Amazon gift card for the reward amount.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable on the reward in your jurisdiction.

Government-linked organizations. If you are an employee of a government-owned or government-controlled entity, your reward will be issued only as a credit to your organization's Premagic account. Personal rewards, including gift cards, are not available in this case.

5. Your employer's policies

By participating, you confirm that receiving a reward under this program complies with your employer's internal policies, including any gift, hospitality, or code of conduct rules. If your employer's policies restrict you from accepting a personal reward, you must select the invoice credit option or inform us so the reward can be issued to your organization instead. Premagic is not responsible for any breach of your employer's policies arising from your participation.

6. One reward per referred customer

Each referred customer generates one reward. If two customers refer the same company, the reward goes to the first referral we receive. Expansions, renewals, or repeat purchases by the referred customer do not generate additional rewards.

7. General conditions

• Self-referrals, referrals of affiliated companies you own or control, and referrals made without the referred company's knowledge are not eligible.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other discount, commission, or partner arrangement for the same customer.
• Premagic decides eligibility and qualification of referrals at its sole discretion, and its decision is final.
• Premagic may modify, suspend, or end this program at any time. Referrals qualified before any change will still be honored under the terms in effect when the referral was made.
• Premagic may withhold or reclaim rewards obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
