Swapcard is an all-in-one event platform that helps organizers manage virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. It acts as a digital hub where attendees can view the agenda, connect with other participants, join live sessions, explore virtual booths, and book meetings, all in one place.

Now, with Premagic fully integrated, Swapcard events are getting an upgrade: automatic, personalized event photo delivery.

How Premagic can integrate with Swapcard

Premagic can plug into Swapcard to make photo distribution seamless. Here's how:

  • Attendee data sync: Premagic can pull attendee info from Swapcard to tag photos automatically.
  • Photo galleries in Swapcard: We embed personalized photo galleries right inside the Swapcard interface.
  • Boost social sharing: As attendees get their branded event photos through Swapcard, they’re more likely to share them on social media.

How to set it up

With our built-in integration, all you have to do is:

  1. Log in to your Premagic dashboard
  2. Click on “New Event”
  3. Select the “Import from Swapcard” option
  4. Choose the event you want to sync.
  5. Once processed, a personalized photo link will appear in Swapcard under a "My Photos" button.

How it started: Built for Bench, now used by all

Our integration with Swapcard wasn’t an off-the-shelf plugin. It was born from a real client need.

The Bench is a global events company known for hosting influential business forums and conferences across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Their portfolio includes prestigious events like the Future Hospitality Summit (Saudi Arabia and World editions), the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC), the Africa Hospitality Investment Forum (AHIF), and AviaDev Africa.

In 2022, we onboarded The Bench. At the time, they were struggling with photo distribution and couldn’t effectively manage event photos across multiple events.

While working closely with them throughout their first year, we learned they used Swapcard extensively to manage their entire event experience. Naturally, they asked us: can Premagic work inside Swapcard?

Back then, it couldn’t. But we built it.

Our tech team developed a custom integration from scratch. Now, in their third year, Bench runs all their events with full Swapcard + Premagic functionality.

Today, any event organizer using Swapcard can plug Premagic right in.
