How to create and share "I-Am-Attending" Posters with Premagic

Premagic makes it easy to create and share advocacy posters for your event. Choose from a vast library of ready-to-use, customizable templates for I-am-attending event posters for attendees, speakers, sponsors and more.

Follow these simple steps to design, customize, and distribute professional posters for speakers, attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors.

Step 1: Select Your Event

  1. Log into app.premagic.com and navigate to your event dashboard.
  2. Click on the Advocacy Posters tab.
  3. Click on Get started.

Step 2: Choose a Poster Template

  1. Browse through the available ready-to-use templates such as Energy Ripple Series, Vibrant Connections, Vivid Waves and more. New templates will keep getting added periodically. 
  1. Click on any template to preview how it will look for different recipients (speakers, attendees, sponsors, exhibitors).
  2. Once you've chosen a template, click Select in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Customize Your Poster

Now you're in the editor mode, where you can modify your poster to match your event branding.

Editing Options:

  • Event name and logo: Automatically applied to the poster.
  • Text: Click on any text element to edit content, font, size, and alignment.
  • Images & Graphics: Modify existing visuals or add new ones.
  • Widgets: Use the right-side panel to:
    • Delete or hide elements
    • Add text, shapes, or images by clicking +Widget
  • Event URL: Click on Event URL in the side panel and enter your event registration link.

Creating Multiple Posters at Once

Want different versions for different types of attendees? Use the top panel to switch between speakers, attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and more. Select the recipient type you’d like to create a poster for and edit accordingly!

Customize each version separately or apply a unified style across all.

Your poster is automatically saved once you've made your edits.

  1. Click Preview (top-right corner) to see how the link will appear to attendees.
  2. Once satisfied with your design, return to the Advocacy Posters tab.
  3. Your newly created poster will appear at the top of the list.
  4. Click Open next to it to access the sharing page.
  1. Copy the URL and share it with your attendees so they can generate and share their own posters.
  2. You can embed the advocacy poster directly on your website! Just click on the Customize and Embed Code option in the Advocacy Poster tab, copy the provided embed code, and add it to your site. This way, attendees can generate and share their posters straight from your event page.

How Attendees Can Use the Poster

  1. Click on the shared link to open the poster.
  2. Choose how to fill in details:
    • Manual Entry – Upload a photo, enter name, and designation.
    • LinkedIn Autofill – Sign in to LinkedIn to auto-fill profile picture, name, and designation.
  3. A suggested caption will be generated automatically. Click "Get Another Response" to refresh the caption.
  4. Click Share to post directly on LinkedIn.

Other Sharing Options:

  • Click the Change dropdown to share on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Email, Snapchat, or SMS.
  • Click Download Photo to save the poster for offline sharing.
