November Product Updates: Smarter Insights, Faster Sharing
This month’s Premagic updates bring smarter advocacy insights, faster photo sharing, and new multi-language support for event posters — giving event marketers more control, more visibility, and more ways to boost organic reach.
November is here, and so is another round of new improvements designed to help you boost engagement, expand your event’s reach, and give attendees an even smoother sharing experience.
This month, we focused on three things event marketers care about the most:
✔ better insights
✔ easier attendee sharing
✔ more global inclusivity
Let’s dive into what’s new inside Premagic.
1. Smarter Event Insights for Advocates
Advocacy is only powerful when you can measure it — and now you have more visibility than ever.

We’ve upgraded the Advocates section inside your Insights Dashboard with new filters that help you dig deeper into who is promoting your event and how far their content is traveling.
You can now filter advocates by:
- People Type – attendees, speakers, exhibitors, VIPs
- Platform – LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, etc.
- Company – great for B2B events tracking brand-level engagement
This means you can finally answer questions like:
- Which poster design is driving the highest click-through?
- Which companies are organically amplifying your event the most?
- Are speakers or attendees generating more engagement?
With clearer advocacy analytics, you can double down on what works, tweak what doesn’t, and build a stronger pre-event marketing loop — one that’s powered by your community, not just your media budget.
2. A Better Photo-Sharing Experience for Attendees
Photos are still the number one way attendees engage with event content — so we made the sharing journey even smoother.

What’s new:
A refreshed photo preview & selection flow
Attendees can now skim through their photos faster, view them more cleanly, and select what they want to share with fewer taps.
Instant LinkedIn sharing
LinkedIn remains the top platform for B2B events — so we added a one-tap sharing option that takes attendees straight to LinkedIn with their photo and caption ready to go.
Smarter photo grouping
Our updated logic ensures personal galleries feel cleaner and more accurate. If someone appears in multiple moments throughout the day, their photos are sorted more intelligently, making discovery easier.
Attendees share more because the experience feels frictionless — and your event benefits from more real-time visibility.
3. Multi-Language Support for Advocacy Posters
Your events attract global audiences, and now your posters can reflect that.

You can now create advocacy posters in multiple languages, allowing attendees to share in the language they’re most comfortable with.
This update does three important things:
- increases inclusivity
- boosts share rates
- helps your event reach larger international networks
Whether you’re targeting audiences in APAC, MENA, Europe, or Latin America — your posters can now speak their language, literally.
4. More Control Over How Event Links Appear in Social Posts
Sometimes a small tweak makes a big difference.

On LinkedIn, event links placed above the “Read more” fold tend to perform better — which is why you now have full flexibility on where your event URL appears in your shared social copy.
Choose whether the link sits at the:
- top (for higher visibility)
- middle (better for storytelling)
- bottom (best for cleaner visuals)
It’s a small detail, but one that can significantly improve registrations and clicks — especially during peak promotion weeks.

November’s updates are all about giving you more control, more clarity, and more ways to increase your organic event reach.
From smarter advocacy insights to faster photo sharing and global poster support, each improvement is designed to help your attendees become better marketers for your event — without any extra effort on their part.
