January Product Pulse: Faster Sharing, Smarter Advocacy, Better Control
January Product Updates

The start of the year was all about tightening the experience.

January’s updates focus on making advocacy campaigns easier to launch, faster to share, and more flexible to manage — while keeping compliance, personalization, and attendee experience front and center.

From stronger consent flows to faster poster loading and smarter personalization, these improvements are designed to remove friction for both organisers and advocates.

Here’s what’s new.

Stronger Biometric Compliance Across Advocacy Posters

We’ve rolled out multiple improvements to how consent and biometric acceptance is handled across the advocacy poster flow. Attendees and advocates will now see clearer, more explicit acceptance prompts at key points — including while generating posters.

This ensures transparency around photo usage, avatars, and personalised content, while giving organisers greater confidence across regions and regulatory environments.

Simply put: clearer consent for attendees, safer execution for organisers.

Preview Your Advocacy Campaign Before You Go Live

With the new campaign preview inside the event dashboard, organisers can now see how their advocacy campaign will look before deploying it. This includes a visual preview of the poster experience along with email and WhatsApp touchpoints.

Instead of relying on explanations or screenshots, teams can now review, align, and fine-tune campaigns directly from the dashboard — making internal approvals and stakeholder conversations much easier.

Posters That Load Up to 14× Faster

We’ve significantly improved poster loading performance across devices. Posters now render almost instantly, reducing wait time and making the sharing flow feel seamless, particularly on mobile and LinkedIn.

Faster loads mean fewer drop-offs and more completed shares — a small change with a big impact on advocacy performance.

You can now assign unique links to individual advocates, such as speakers or exhibitors. Instead of everyone sharing the same registration page, speakers can automatically promote links specific to them — like “Watch my session” or a personalised landing page.

Embedding the correct link into each poster is done behind the scenes, without any extra steps for the attendee.

AI Avatars Integrated Into the UGC Prompt

If an advocate has generated AI avatars, they’ll now see those avatars directly inside the UGC sharing flow within their gallery.

When editing a post, advocates can choose from their own avatars and publish instantly along with the rest of their photos from the event. It keeps avatar-based sharing contextual, personal, and easy.

Improved Avatar Frames for On-Ground and Digital Sharing

We’ve refined how avatars sit inside branded frames, making the output cleaner and more consistent.

This is especially useful for teams using avatars for on-site activations, printed keepsakes, or post-event sharing — ensuring every frame feels intentional and on-brand.

Attendees can now tap the left or right side of an image to move between photos. It’s a small interaction change, but it makes navigation far more intuitive — especially for first-time users.

That’s a Wrap for January

As always, these improvements are shaped by how events actually run on the ground — and we’ll keep refining the experience one release at a time.
